Hello! :)
My name is Ciara Glines and I teach yoga, meditation, art and art therapy! I am a certified RYT 500 and a Level 1 iRest Yoga Nidra teacher. I began my yoga practice in 2010. Throughout the years I have experienced the healing benefits of yoga and meditation practice on a physical, emotional and mental level.
I specialize in iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation, Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Gentle Yoga and Chair Yoga. I have a soft, gentle and compassionate approach in my teachings. I hold a safe, healing space for people to connect to their inner peace and true nature.
A few of my favorite things include a hot bowl of ramen on a rainy day, getting lost in making art and exploring nature under the sun with my dog, Leela.
